About Her
Paris Lees was born in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire and brought up as a boy. She now identifies as a bisexual trans woman and a feminist. She is extremely active in the LGBT community fueled by the bullying and abuse she received from peers at school for being too "girly". People never understood that she had always felt as if she was a girl trapped in the body of a boy. This conflict caused Paris to hang around the wrong people. At the age of sixteen she committed a robbery for which she would serve an eight-month sentence. While she was in jail Paris decided she needed to turn her life around. She began to study English at University and began to take hormones and begin her physical transformation. She has spoke on many shows, interviewed for many articles and even founded META (a British magazine aimed towards the transgender community). Paris is continuously fighting for equality, and a better tomorrow for everyone.
